This production line is primarily producing and fabricating Al alloy square ingot and round ingot with its main equipment of round gas melting furnace, tilting round melting furnace, HL4 type resistance melting furnace, HL7 type melting furnace, HL2 trolley type tool heating furnace and its incorporating holding furnace, 3906SM multi-die casting machine, LS-1（2）type semi-continuous casting machine, intermediate alloy furnace, soaking furnace etc as well as the corresponding ingot processing facilities.
Al alloy ingots of 1000 ～ 8000 series alloy can be made with the product size of :

This production line is the incorporated facility of medium and small pipe, rod & bar, profile production line, which serve for soaking, saw cutting, peeling and boring of the small size round ingot & hollow ingot. The facility consists of ingot processing line (including sawing, boring, peeling), horizontal soaking furnace.
This line is producing Al alloy slabs only, its main equipment include top-charge round gas melting furnace, square tilting gas holding furnace, furnace cover opening machine, semi-continuous casting machine, Al melt on-line purifying unit etc as well as the corresponding ingot processing facilities.
